                                                                                       ORDER OF DISMISSAL

U.S. Steel, Minnesota Ore Operations,

 

                                    Respondent.

 

            On December 10, 1999, the Complainant, Ryan Anderson, and the Respondent, U.S. Steel, Minnesota Ore Operations, entered into a Stipulation for Dismissal and Joint Motion in which they agreed by and through their respective attorneys that they had compromised and settled all of the issues raised in this matter.  They further agreed that the Administrative Law Judge could dismiss this contested case proceeding with prejudice and upon the merits and without costs, disbursements, or fees to any party.

 

                        NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with that Stipulation, the Administrative Law Judge HEREBY ORDERS:

 

(1)               That Charge of Discrimination Number 29478 issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights on December 29, 1997, is DISMISSED with prejudice and on the merits;

(2)               That this contested case proceeding is also DISMISSED with prejudice and on the merits; and

(3)               That both parties shall bear their own costs, disbursements, and fees.
