ORDER REMOVING ATTORNEY'S LIEN

           

            The above-entitled matter came on before the Honorable George A. Beck on Complainant's motion to remove the attorney's lien filed by Horton and Associates on this action pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 481.13, which lien was filed at the Office of Administrative Hearings on March 13, 1997. 

            Based upon all of the records and filed herein, including the Lien Waiver filed by Horton and Associates on June 13, 1997, the Administrative Law Judge finds that the Horton and Associates attorney's lien has been satisfied in full.  Therefore, IT IS ORDERED:

            The Horton and Associates attorney's lien has been waived and shall be removed.
