ORDER OF DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO STIPULATION

 

On March 13, 2003, the parties filed a Stipulation and Dismissal with Prejudice executed by counsel.  Charging Party is represented by David L. Shulman, Shulman & Dornbos, P.L.L.C., 1005 W. Franklin Avenue, Suite 3, Minneapolis, MN 55405.  Respondents are represented by Pamela L. VanderWiel, Greene Espel, P.L.L.P., 200 South Sixth Street, Suite 1200, Minneapolis, MN 55402.

Having reviewed the Stipulation and pursuant to authority granted by Minn. Stat. §§ 14.50, 14.59, and 363.071, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Jose Garcia’s charge against Respondents City of Long Prairie and Steven Och be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice and without further costs, disbursements or attorney’s fees to any party.
