In the Matter of M.R. v. Independent School District No. 279, (Osseo).

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

 

          WHEREAS, the above matter is pending before the undersigned Hearing Officer pursuant to the Parents’ due process hearing request received by the Department of Education on August 18, 2004; and

          WHEREAS, the hearing was scheduled to begin on October 6, 2004; and

          WHEREAS, the parties reached agreement to settle the matter on or about September 17, 2004; and

          WHEREAS, on December 22, 2004 counsel for the School District sent to the Administrative Law Judge a Stipulation and Order for Dismissal signed by counsel for the Student and counsel for the School District.

          NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  The file shall be closed and the official record shall be returned to the Department of Education.
