FIRST PRE-HEARING ORDER |
This matter came before Administrative
Law Judge Eric L. Lipman upon the filing of a Notice and Order for Hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1.
By 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
October 26, 2010, each party will
file and serve copies of the pre-labeled exhibits that it proposes to offer
into the hearing record. The End of
Confinement Review Committee shall label its exhibits sequentially using
numbers. Mr. Scurrah shall label his
exhibits sequentially using letters.
2.
By 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
October 26, 2010, each party will
file and serve a list of the witnesses that it intends to call at the
evidentiary hearing.
3.
By 4:30 p.m. on Thursday,
October 28, 2010, the parties will
file and serve a statement (under Minnesota Rule 1400.6950 (2)) detailing any
objection as to the authenticity or completeness of any written exhibit.
