PREHEARING
ORDER AND ORDER FOR
HEARING |
On June 9, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., a
pre-hearing telephone conference was held by and among the undersigned
Administrative Law Judge and Steve Smith, Assistant State Public Defender,
counsel for Mr. Welch, and Scott Haldeman, Assistant Attorney General, counsel
for the End of Confinement Review Committee of the Department of Corrections
(“ECRC”). A continuance was granted by the undersigned Administrative Law
Judge, pursuant to a request by counsel for Mr. Welch and agreed to by counsel
for the ECRC.
Based upon the agreements reached at
that pre-hearing conference, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1.
The parties shall exchange and file exhibits no later than
July 9, 2009. Exhibits shall be pre-marked using Arabic numbers without
designation of the party offering the exhibit. The ECRC’s exhibits shall
commence with the number one, and Mr. Welch’s exhibit numbers shall commence
where the ECRC’s numbers end.
2.
The contested case hearing shall be held on July 14, 2009,
commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings,
