These matters were scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Raymond R. Krause (“ALJ”).

Angela Helseth Kiese, Assistant Attorney General, appeared on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Corrections (“Department”). F. Richard Gallo and Cathryn Middlebrook, Assistant State Public Defenders, appeared on behalf of the Respondents.

Each of the Respondents individually and by their attorney has announced their intention to withdraw their requests for administrative review.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

These matters are DISMISSED with prejudice. This Order does not affect the Respondents’ rights and processes established in Minn. Stat. § 244.052 as it relates to assessment and reassessment of any assigned risk levels. The Office of Administrative Hearings will now close these files and return them to the Department.
