ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on June 22, 2004.   

Angela M. Helseth, Assistant Attorney General, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1800, Saint Paul, MN 55101-2134, is counsel for the Minnesota Department of Corrections.  Steve Smith, Attorney at Law, Smith Law Firm, 700 Lumber Exchange Building, 10 South Fifth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402, is counsel for the Petitioner, Raymond R. Reed.

At the request of the parties, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.     The hearing scheduled for June 22, 2004 is continued.

2.     Counsel for the Department shall reschedule the hearing when the Petitioner is released from the Stearns County Jail.
