ORDER FOR ACCEPTANCE OF LATE NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

         

A written Motion for Acceptance of Late Notice of Administrative Review was filed by Mr. Marzuq on January 28, 2004.  A reply was filed by the ECRC-Lino Lakes on February 11, 2004.

Ronald Ortlip, Assistant State Public Defender, 2221 University Avenue S.E., Suite 425, Minneapolis, MN  55414 represents Nasheed Marzuq.  Angela Helseth, Assistant Attorney General, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1800, St. Paul, MN 55101, represents the End of Confinement Review Committee at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Lino Lakes.

Based upon the filings by the parties, and with the ECRC taking no position on the motion,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Nasheed Marzuq’s Notice of Administrative Review of the End of Confinement Review Committee’s decision on December 11, 2003 is accepted for filing.
