The Notice of Public Hearing in this matter provides that the record will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2010, for interested persons to submit written comments to the Administrative Law Judge. A member of the public pointed out after the public hearing that October 11, 2010, is a federal holiday and that post offices are closed on that date. Accordingly, the Administrative Law Judge has determined that the record will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2010.
