Dear Mr. Singh and Ms. Owen:

 

This letter will confirm the discussions that occurred during our prehearing conference on May 5, 2011, and constitutes the First Prehearing Order in this contested case proceeding. 

 

The following schedule will govern this matter:

 

1.               By June 20, 2011, the parties shall exchange proposed exhibit and witness lists relating to this case.  The witness lists shall include a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.  If any documents identified as exhibits have not yet been exchanged, copies shall be provided with the exhibit lists.

 

2.               The hearing in this matter shall commence on Thursday, June 30, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in the courtrooms of the Office of Administrative Hearings, located in the Stassen Building, 600 North Robert Street, First Floor, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.  Due to light rail construction, it is likely that Robert Street will be closed in front of the Stassen Building.  For that reason, it would be advisable for parties and witnesses to use Jackson Street rather than Robert Street when they travel to the hearing.  To access the metered surface parking lots near the Stassen Building, turn east off of Jackson onto 14th Street (across from the entrance to Regions Hospital).

3.               The hearing shall be digitally recorded unless the parties notify the Administrative Law Judge by June 23, 2011, that they will require the services of a court reporter.
