In the Matter of the Real Estate Broker License of Robert S. Aslesen; the Real Estate Corporate License of Options Plus Realty, Inc.; the Notary Public Commission of Robert Aslesen; and the Insurance Producer License of Robert S. Aslesen and Split Rock Title, LLC

 

ORDER FOR SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

 

          WHEREAS, the above matter is scheduled for hearing on December 6-8, 2010, and all parties have consented to participate in a settlement conference in lieu of proceeding to hearing on those dates,

 

          THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.6550, that Eric L. Lipman, Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge, Office of Administrative Hearings, P.O. Box 64620, 600 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101, telephone (651) 361-7842, is appointed to conduct the settlement conference in this matter, and that the settlement conference shall be held beginning at 10:30 a.m. on December 9, 2010.  It is strongly recommended that a person with authority to settle this case for each party be present during the settlement conference.  If that is not possible, that person shall be immediately available by telephone.

 

          IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, by December 7, 2010, each party shall file with Judge Lipman a confidential statement which shall set out (1) a brief summary of the facts and issues; (2) a description of settlement discussions to date; and (3) a list of the names and titles of persons who will attend the settlement conference.  The confidential statement need not be served on the other party. 

 

          IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after termination of the settlement conference, the parties shall advise Administrative Law Judge Kathleen D. Sheehy whether the matter has been resolved; and if not, provide to Judge Sheehy proposed dates for the hearing to take place.
