SCHEDULING ORDER |
This matter came on before Administrative Law Judge Manuel
J. Cervantes pursuant to a Notice and Order for Prehearing Conference, filed May
20, 2010.
Christopher M. Kaisershot, Assistant Attorney General,
represents the Department of Commerce (Department). Bobby Joe Champion, Esq. represents Donald
Leverne Walthall (Respondent). The
parties agreed to the following order.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1.
By 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2010, the
Department will file its Motion for Summary Disposition.
2.
By 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2010, Respondent
will file his response to the Department’s Motion for Summary Disposition.
3.
By 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2010, 2010, each
party will file and serve copies of the pre-labeled exhibits that it proposes
to offer into the hearing record. The Department
shall label its exhibits sequentially using numbers. Respondent shall label his exhibits
sequentially using letters.
4.
By 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2010, each party
will file and serve a list of witnesses that it intends to call at the
evidentiary hearing, along with a short summary of the anticipated testimony of
their witness(es).
5.
By 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, the
parties will file and serve a statement (under Minn. R. 1400.6950 (2))
detailing any objection to the foundation of a written exhibit.
