ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

         

The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on February 25, 2005.   

Appearances:  Michael J. Tostengard, Assistant Attorney General, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1200, St. Paul, MN 55101-2130, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Commerce (“Department”).  Roxanne Shun, 775 Torchwood Drive, New Brighton, MN 55112, on behalf of Model Corporation (“Respondent”).

At the request of the Respondent, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.     The hearing in this matter is continued to March 25, 2005, at 9:30 a.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, MN 55401.

2.     The parties shall exchange proposed written exhibits and witness lists, and file an index of exhibits and copy of the witness list with this office by March 18, 2005.

3.     Failure to appear at the hearing may result in a finding that the Respondent is in default, and a determination that the allegations set forth in the Amended Statement of Charges may be accepted as true.
