ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on January 25, 2005.   

Appearances:  Michael J. Tostengard, Assistant Attorney General, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1200, St. Paul, MN 55101-2130, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Commerce (“Department”).  Roxanne Shun, 775 Torchwood Drive, New Brighton, MN 55112, on behalf of Model Corporation  (“Respondent”).

Counsel for the Department has notified the Administrative Law Judge that a continuance for 30 days may facilitate resolution of the matter without a hearing.

At the request of the Department, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.       This matter is continued to February 25, 2005, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, MN 55401.

2.       The parties shall exchange proposed written exhibits and witness lists, and file an index of exhibits and copy of the witness list with this office by February 18, 2005.

3.       Except as specifically modified, the Prehearing Order dated December 10, 2004, remains in effect.
