NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING

         

On September 16, 2004, the United States District Court, Judge Richard H. Kyle, issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order dismissing Willis v. Centennial Mortgage & Funding, Inc., et al.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:

1.           The Order Staying Proceedings, issued July 16, 2003 is VACATED.

2.           The hearing in this matter is reset for December 1, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, MN 55401.  The hearing will continue on December 2, 2004, if necessary.

3.           Any additions to or modifications to the proposed exhibits or list of witnesses shall be exchanged by the parties and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings by November 23, 2004.

4.           Any request for continuance shall be granted only upon a showing of good cause or by agreement of the parties.  See Minn. R. 1400.7500.
