PREHEARING ORDER

A prehearing conference was held by telephone on November 26, 2001. David M. Liszt, Attorney at Law, Bernick and Lifson, 5500 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 1200, Minneapolis, MN 55416-1270, appeared on behalf of William Jon Hansen.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The parties anticipate that this matter will be settled promptly, without pursuing discovery. A prehearing conference will be held by telephone on January 7, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. The parties shall immediately notify the administrative law judge in the event that the matter is resolved prior to that date.

2. This case may be appropriate for mediation. In the event that the parties’ efforts at settlement are not successful, they are encouraged to promptly consider requesting the Chief Administrative Law Judge to assign a mediator.
