The Respondent’s Motion to Reconsider the Order issued October 20, 1999 is denied.

Respondent’s counsel’s office was contacted twice, on October 15, 1999 and October 19, 1999 to arrange a time for the Department’s Motion Regarding Handwriting Analysis and Subpoenas to be heard. Respondent’s counsel did not respond, no oral argument was scheduled and the Department’s Motion Regarding Handwriting Analysis and Subpoenas was decided on the written submissions.
