ORDER

          Pursuant to Minn. Rule 1400.5800, Respondents, Christian Brotherhood Newsletter, Inc., and The Barberton Rescue Mission, Inc., dba “The Christian Brotherhood Newsletter” moved the Administrative Law Judge without oral argument, to allow Barry S. Brown, Esq. to appear as counsel for Respondents in this matter.  The Department of Commerce, did not oppose Respondent’s motion.

          The Administrative Law Judge has considered the pleadings, files and records herein, and the affidavit of counsel.

          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Barry S. Brown may appear as co-counsel for Respondents, Christian Brotherhood Newsletter, Inc., and The Barberton Rescue Mission, Inc., dba “The Christian Brotherhood Newsletter” in this matter.
