Dear Mr. Hart and Mr. Howard:
This letter constitutes the First Prehearing Order
regarding matters discussed in the prehearing conference today. Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger handled the
conference in my absence; Mr. Hart appeared for the Compliance Committee of the
Board of Social Work; and Mr. Howard appeared for himself without counsel.
The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. on February 15,
2007, at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
The parties should exchange copies of all exhibits they intend to offer
at the hearing by February 8, 2007, along with a witness list that provides a
brief summary of the anticipated testimony of each witness. Please file a copy of the exhibit and witness
lists with me on that date as well. If
the matter is resolved, or if you need more time before the hearing, please let
me know as soon as possible.
