ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

          The above-entitled matter is scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on April 21, 2002.

Kathleen M. Eveslage, Attorney at Law, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, 300 Minnesota Building, 46 East 4^th Street, St. Paul, MN 55101, filed a Notice of Appearance on behalf of S.H., the Petitioner.  Marlene S. Garvis, Attorney at Law, Jardine, Logan & O’Brien P.L.L.P., 8519 Eagle Point Boulevard, Suite 100, Lake Elmo, MN 55042, filed a Notice of Appearance on behalf of Greeley Healthcare Center, the Respondent.

The parties have agreed that one of the two bases for discharge, nonpayment, has been resolved, and has been withdrawn.

The remaining basis involves the Resident’s behavior.  The Facility has agreed to implement some additional measures to address this, and is willing to postpone the discharge hearing for 60 days to allow for implementation.  The Resident has agreed to postpone the hearing.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

This matter is continued to June 13, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at Greeley Healthcare Center.
