PREHEARING ORDER

On May 31, 2000 at 1:30 p.m., a prehearing was held by telephone conference. Jennifer L. Beens, Assistant Attorney General, 1200 NCL Tower, 445 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101-2130, appeared for the Department of Health (Department). John A. Murray, Sjoberg & Tebelius, P.A., 2145 Woodland Drive, Suite 101, Woodbury, MN 56125, appeared for Super Oriental Market.

It is hereby ordered:

1. Mr. Murray should file a Notice of Appearance as soon as possible, and no later than June 7, 2000. A form was supplied by the Department with the Notice Of and Order For Hearing.

2. The parties shall exchange proposed exhibit and witness lists by June 7, 2000, and shall file a copy with this office. To the extent possible, the parties shall enter into prehearing stipulations regarding the facts involved in the hearing and foundation for anticipated exhibits.

3. Mr. Murray has requested that a qualified Thai language interpreter be provided for the hearing, and this Office will make the necessary arrangements.

4. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on June 12, 2000. The hearing shall be conducted at the Minnesota Department of Health Services Center, 1645 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul Minnesota 55108.
