Dear Ms. Middendorf and Ms. Hoffman:
This letter constitutes the First Prehearing Order in the above matter regarding our discussions in the telephone prehearing conference held December 15, 2009. Ms. Middendorf appeared for the Department of Agriculture; Ms. Hoffman appeared for herself and for Lafayette City Meats without counsel.
During the conference Ms. Middendorf agreed to provide to Ms. Hoffman copies of the file materials upon which the proposed revocation is based. Ms. Middendorf anticipated that copies of this material would be ready to send the week of December 28, 2009. In addition, we set the following schedule:
March 9, 2010: Deadline for the parties to exchange all documents they plan to offer into evidence, along with a witness list containing a brief summary of the anticipated testimony of each witness. Please send me a copy of the exhibit list and witness list at this time.
March 16, 2010: Hearing,
