Land From the City of Gem Lake

and Annexation to the City of Vadnais Heights Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 414.

 

 

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

 

WHEREAS, the above matter is pending before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge pursuant to a petition from property owners for the detachment of approximately 40 acres from the City of Gem Lake and annexation to the City of Vadnais Heights, along with a supporting resolution from the City of Vadnais Heights pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 414.061, subd. 5 (2005) received by the Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit of July 28, 2007;

          WHEREAS, the property owners filed with the Administrative Law Judge, by U.S. Mail, a stipulation to dismiss the petition;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  The file shall be closed and the official record shall be returned to the Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit.
