Re: In the Matter of Joseph Mansky v. Teamsters Local 120 PAC
OAH Docket No. 15-0325-21175-CV
Dear Parties:
On March 2, 2010, Ramsey County Elections Manager Joseph Manksy filed a Campaign Complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings alleging that the Teamsters Local 120 PAC violated Minn. Stat. § 211A.02, subd. 1, by failing to timely file a year-end campaign finance report. By Order dated March 4, 2010, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge determined that the Complaint set forth a prima facie violation of Minn. Stat. § 211A.02.
By letter dated March 17, 2010, Sherri Nesseth of Ramsey County Elections notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that Teamsters Local 120 PAC filed its required campaign finance report and that, as a result, Ramsey County Elections was withdrawing its Complaint. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 211B.36, subd. 2, a complainant may withdraw a complaint at any time prior to the evidentiary hearing. Accordingly, the above-entitled campaign practices complaint is withdrawn from our office, and we are closing our file in this matter.
Sincerely,
s/Beverly Jones Heydinger
